Knife Details:

Q: Are these knives real?

A: Yes, all the knives we carry are made from stainless steel unless noted otherwise in the products description. All the knives we make are perfect for everyday carry, hunting, camping, collection, or even for display. Its all really up to you. =]

 

Q: Will the knives come sharp or dull?

A: All knives we have on our site are sharp, most can be sharpen more to your liking if you prefer. There is also some dull and blunt knives which will be stated in the products description.

 

Shipping:

Q: Where does the order ship from?

A: All orders are shipped from our warehouse facility in San Francisco, California (USA)

 

Q: How long does it take to receive an order?

A: We ship out orders within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). All orders should be delivered within 3-5 business days depending on location in the USA. International orders may vary and can be anywhere from 5-20 business days. Follow the tracking info that you'll receive once your order has been processed.

 

Q: Can I change my order once it's placed?

Although, we wish we could accommodate all changes…we fulfill orders very quickly! Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. However, if your order is not yet shipped out, feel free to contact us and we will happily cancel your previous order, so that you can reorder the correct item. Please note that given the speed at which certain items sell out, we cannot guarantee that your item(s) will be available if your order is cancelled.

 

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we currently ship worldwide.

 

Q: Will my order be taken at customs?

A: We would highly suggest that you understand your country laws before ordering from our site. Many countries will not allow knives or "weapons" to cross their borders and may lead to confiscated packages. Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. 

 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

Order Processing

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept all major credit cards and paypal.

 

Q: Is my personal information safe?

A: We do not share customer information with any 3rd parties. The only information we use is your email address and shipping address to ship your order and contact you if necessary. Payment information is never stored on our website.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. For more information view our return policy.
